Your pretty face that lies out in the open sun,
Your eyes closed but they open as I come close.
Together to the sun, to the moon as we will run.

This world so vast with many endless skies.
We’ll soar above and see right through the clouds.
The grass is soft in this world see no lies.

Even if darkness engulfs us all,

No More Patience

I’m tired of waiting. The wait is so long.
Each day the time flies. Don’t say I am wrong.
When I say that in life, the path is so bent.
At first I could hold on, but just to an extent.

No matter the woman, or how strong she seems,
A woman can’t wait, for time to redeem.
When the life we are promised, seems such like a lie.
We’re right to give up, so ready to die.

I’ve waited so long, but still none shows up.
Been feeling so lost, I’m ready to stop.
Please give me no more, no more useless sense.
This time it is me, with no more patience.

Heartbreaker

The shadows of a heart,
Walked a man, a work of art.
His eyes like deep blue seas,
His presence made for me.

It seems there’s none he lacked.
So fine from front to back.
But when I peeked inside,
His chest no heart could hide.

His heart is made of stone,
I knew since truth is shown.
My glass heart falls a prey,

But glass to stone will break.

Like nothing but a whim.

Whether We Live or Die

Since dawn the sorrows never die.
The promises, they’re all a lie.

What does it matter if we don’t stay?

Sweetness in the Ice

He kept his distance.
Across the crystal lake he stood in trance.
Subdued in thoughts, he didn’t mind the world.
Until his silence, broke by a girl.
Once cold as ice,
You’d never think he would suffice.
Until his space was overtaken,
Another heart has left him shaken.
The way he looked, into her eyes,
Was so entrancing. It’s love no lie.
In front of others, his strong front shown.
With her so intimate, he’s more, she’s known.
Caressed her skin and touched her face,
They walk in such, melodic pace.
This world so vast, this land so endless,
Even the coldest, once thought as heartless
Has found his half, that treats him well,
And she’s got him out, from in his shell.
Oh how he touched her, the way he cared.
In ice there’s sweetness, throughout the air.
